Battery label

Battery label materials typically use synthetic films such as PET, PVC, PI (polyimide), and PP, combined with high-performance solvent-based or acrylic adhesives. These materials provide excellent resistance to heat, oil, acid, and alkali, as well as strong adhesion to surfaces such as metal housings, cylindrical cells, plastic casings, and laminated battery packs.

The surface of the label supports various printing methods — including thermal transfer, UV printing, and screen printing — to ensure consistent barcode scanning, safety marking, and brand identification under extreme conditions.

Battery labels are widely used for lithium-ion batteries, power tool batteries, EV battery packs, mobile phone and laptop batteries, and household rechargeable cells.
