Injectable Labeling

vial labels
syringe labels
The injectable labeling must meet stringent requirements for sterility, chemical resistance, low temperature durability, and moisture resistance, as it is applied directly to pharmaceutical vials, ampoules, and syringes used in clinical and hospital environments. These labels are designed to remain securely adhered under high-speed filling, sterilization, and cold chain storage conditions, while maintaining legibility, safety, and regulatory compliance throughout the product’s lifecycle.
Product Details

The material for medical injectable labels generally uses reinforced synthetic paper or PP film, known for its excellent clarity, smoothness, and chemical resistance. These materials adhere effectively to glass vials, polypropylene syringes, and metal caps, even under high-temperature sterilization (autoclave at 121°C) or deep-freeze storage (-80°C) conditions.

Injectable adhesive labels are also referred to as vial labels, syringe labels, ampoule labels, pharmaceutical container labels, medical injection labels, and low-temperature resistant medicine labels.
